When a call comes into the franchisee’s store

then the call is routed through the Pizza-ASAP network

where that call is monitored to see how many rings the

caller hears. The franchisee can dynamically decide the ring threshold (through our AI driven Web Portal) and once that ring threshold is achieved, the Pizza-ASAP VoIP based

ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) answers the call

to let the caller know that they have reached

Pizza Hut and that their call is being transferred

to a Pizza Hut team member.

During this process when Pizza-ASAP’s is speaking to the caller, at the same time the ACD is ringing the phones at the franchisee’s store. The franchisee determines that if no one at the store can answer the call after a predetermined amount of time, which again they can choose, then the call is directly sent to the state of the art Pizza-ASAP Customer Experience Call Center. That call is answered and the order is sent to the franchisee’s store through their POS system
